Advertising in Year 4

The students in Year 4 have really benefitted from the use of their iPads in English this term.  They have been immersed in an advertising unit in English and the ability to create many different kinds of advertisements is adding a layer of depth to the learning.  These images show a ‘net’ for their cereal boxes which they digitally manipulated in order for them to create a cereal box which represented the key learnings within this unit to do with advertising.  The children were given free choice of apps they wanted to use to get this job done.   Depending on the purpose of their creation task, they chose a series of apps or a singular app to achieve their desired outcome.
