Last night we held our Parent Information Evening for parent of our Year 3 students entering our school’s BYO program.
We talked through the overall vision for learning at our school which is supported by our use of technology. We shared with our parents the journey we have been on for the last 5 years and why the use of personal devices has played a role in this.

The pilot program 3 years ago in Year 4 allowed us to explore the use of a personal iPads in a learning situation and the data gathered as a result of this pilot then has enabled the program to expand further and to continue to evolve.
The BYO Policy for 2017 is currently being updated for the new year and will be shared with our community when completed. There are also a range of resources available on this blog under ‘BYO’ in the main menu.
We plan to keep our community informed over the next term with information to support them and their children in preparation for the new year.
